Information we collect

We collect the email address, username, phone number, ZIP code, and authentication information needed to create and protect an account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not visible to CnBraffle admins.

We also store Rcoin balances and ledger records, raffle entries and results, number-game rounds, shop orders, notifications, fulfillment status, admin notes, and account approval history. Basic technical information may be recorded for security and troubleshooting.

How information is used

Information is used to approve and operate accounts, enforce Site Rules, show usernames in drawings, maintain accurate Rcoin records, fulfill prizes and shop orders, contact users about their accounts, investigate errors, and protect the service from abuse.

What other users can see

Your username may appear to other approved members on raffle wheels, entrant lists, results, and prize notices. Your email, phone number, ZIP code, Rcoin balance, and private account details are not intended for public display.

Retention and security

Account and transaction records are retained while needed to run CnBraffle, resolve disputes, preserve the Rcoin audit trail, and meet operational obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and database-level policies, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask support to review or correct your contact information or disable your account. Some ledger, drawing, and fulfillment records may need to be retained to preserve an accurate history.
