Site Rules
Initial draft · Last updated August 20, 2026
1. Accounts and approval
An email address, unique username, phone number, ZIP code, and password are required to register. Usernames are public within CnBraffle and may appear on raffle wheels, results, and activity connected to prizes.
Registration does not guarantee access. Every account remains pending until an admin approves it. Admins may refuse, suspend, or reactivate access. Each person may use only the accounts approved for them and must keep their information accurate.
2. Rcoins
New accounts begin with 0 Rcoins. Rcoins are promotional site credits issued or removed by admins. They cannot be purchased, sold, redeemed for cash, transferred between users, or treated as money.
Balances use four decimal places. Every balance change is recorded in a ledger. If an admin corrects an error, the correction appears as a new entry rather than changing earlier history.
3. Paid-entry raffles
A raffle may charge a stated number of Rcoins per entry and may allow multiple entries from one user. Each entry receives its own position on the elimination wheel. A user with multiple entries may win more than one prize.
While a raffle is open and accepting entrants, users may unregister one or more entries and receive the original Rcoin entry cost back. Once the raffle fills, it locks, draws automatically, and all entries are final.
Paid-entry raffles do not expire. If an admin cancels an open raffle, all paid entries are refunded automatically.
4. FreeRolls
FreeRolls cost 0 Rcoins and allow one entry per user. An admin may set a minimum Rcoin balance required to enter. Eligibility is checked only when the entry is submitted; later spending does not invalidate an accepted entry.
FreeRolls do not run automatically when full. An admin chooses when to lock and run the FreeRoll. No new entries are accepted after it is locked.
5. Elimination drawings
Every entry is a separate wheel position. On each spin, one entry is removed. “First” means the first entry removed, “fifth” means the fifth removed, and “last” means the final entry remaining. Prize positions are published with each raffle.
The system saves the complete elimination order before presenting the replay. Replaying or changing animation speed does not generate a new result. Rcoin prizes are credited automatically; physical prizes create a task for an admin to fulfill manually.
6. Random-number game
The game generates one equally likely result from 0.00 through 100.00 in 0.01 increments. Users choose Higher or Lower, select 0.01 through 99.99 by slider or typed entry, and wager between the current minimum and maximum shown on screen.
A strict higher or lower result wins. An exact match is a push and returns the wager. Payouts include a 5% house edge while accounting for the push result. The gross payout, net profit, win chance, and push chance are displayed before play.
A wager is blocked if a win would not return a positive profit after four-decimal rounding or if the calculated gross payout exceeds the current maximum. Initial limits are 0.0001 to 5 Rcoins per wager and 500 Rcoins maximum gross payout, subject to admin updates for future rounds.
Every new play uses a one-time secret whose fingerprint was publicly locked before the play began, plus a random code created by the member's browser. After settlement, the secret is revealed and the browser automatically checks that it matches the locked fingerprint and recreates the displayed result.
7. Shop and fulfillment
Shop prices are listed in Rcoins. A completed purchase deducts the price and sends an order to admins for manual contact and fulfillment. Canceling an unfulfilled order may restore the Rcoins and inventory. Completed fulfillment is handled case by case.
8. Fair use and administration
Do not exploit bugs, automate entries or games, impersonate another person, harass members, or interfere with drawings. Report suspected errors to support before continuing to use an affected feature.
Admins may pause features, correct documented errors with ledger entries, cancel open raffles with refunds, and suspend accounts to protect the community. Material rule changes will be posted on this page and apply going forward unless stated otherwise.
